5 Replies and 1339 Views Inherited old DNN Installation     1339 5 Started by pointhr So I inherited an old DNN stallation that looks like it has not been updated since 2015 DNN Version appears to be 07.03.01  Looks like there are some patches that need updating. I looked at the DNN upgrade chart and do not see version Version - 07.03.01 I did see a evoq version Version - 07.03.01 How can I tell if my install is DNN or evoq If I have a regular DNN install what is the upgrade path 07.04.02  Thanks for any help.

I know nothing about DNN let alone DNN 6. There is no developer environment. I have access to the server, the database, the IIS folder and webroot etc. The issues seem like they should be simple to resolve. e.g. an ajax get request is returning incorrect data from the database.  We have internal Evoq Content 8.1 that we would like downgraded to free (community DNN) version. Downgrading the site seems to be possible but very labor intensive opening a lots of troubleshooting opportunities.  Another approach would be starting from clean DNN Platform installation and then importing the existing site, but it looks only the newest version 9.1.1 has that option. Not sure why is that so because it does not make sense to have export option if you cannot import. Thanks...

3 Replies and 1616 Views HTML Module logs administrative user out when saving edits on a subsite     1616 3 Started by Jake.M.Allen Hello, We are using DNN v9.9.1 and within the last month, we are experiencing an issue that automatically logs users with the "Administrators" role and lower out of the system when they attempt to save their changes within the HTML module (CKE Editor). We noticed that this only happens within subsites, no one experiences this issue editing in the parent site. Super users are also able to make edits to the HTML editors with no issue.
