2 Replies and 1481 Views How to delete a page with issues?     1481 2 Started by tony bonn I exhumed a page from the trashcan. it had legacy modules and would not load or edit. so i deleted it again and then deleted it from the trash can. i created a new page with the same name. it loads. but when i attempt to edit it, dnn tells me that the page already exists and cannot be edited, generating an http 500 error. Default.aspxtabid=639&error=Anentrywiththesamekeyalreadyexists.&content=0. from which tables do i need to delete this page (dnn 9.6)

3 Replies and 1594 Views Report that identifies all files (eg PDF, Doc) used on site     1594 3 Started by BartSmith Hi everyone, I&39;m trying to identify all documents that are currently referenced in my site (either through the database or maybe the file manager) so that I can review them all and make sure they have Titles etc for WCAG compliance. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

2 Replies and 1697 Views CKEditor strips class=xxx from ul tags     1697 2 Started by Joe Craig So, I found that the CKEditor, as configured in a clean install of DNN 9.6.1 was cleaning up some class tags for me. Specifically  class="myclass" was being stripped from ul tags. In the CKEditor settings, changing AllowedContent from talse to true "fixed" this issue.  But, I have not idea if this was a good idea or not.  Wondering if there are other implications of having done this ...

8 Replies and 2499 Views Windows Server Error on DDR Menu     2499 8 Started by tony bonn I have very frequent incidence of the following error on windows 2012r2, in the event log, which seems related to dnn. i am running dnn 9.6. i believe that this causes an application crash.in which the client becomes unresponsive. In numerous cases i encounter service unavailable (http 503) because the apppool is disabled! so i have to start the apppool. this is more of a booby trap than windows 3.1. is ddr a 9.6 artifact, or is it something i have lingering from legacy dnn installations if ...

This site is an old version "DNN 7.0"  that was due to be upgraded.  Another Dnn site ver 9.1.1  site had a unknown text file in the root which is obviously an attempt to test an attack.
