New Around Here

    Good Afternoon DNN users!

I inherited a DNN site about a year ago, which was using Data Spring's Dynamic Registration Module. Unfortunately, this module is only supported up to DNN v9.2, and so recently when I upgraded to the new DNN v9.6.01 it broke this module. Rather than go back to Data Springs, I decided just to use the default Account Registration module that is integrated into the DNN admin bar.

Everything is working great, and I like the simplicity of this module, but the only issue I'm having is that no emails are being sent, either to the Primary Administrator when a new user registers, nor when I approve the user to let them know that they have been authorized. The registration settings are set to "Verified", so I know an email should be generated, and the Primary Administrator has a valid email that I have tested from other email applications has the ability to receive email. Could it be something in the database or files that is still searching for the Dynamic Registration module? All the settings seem to line up, just not sure if I'm missing someting.

    I appreciate all your help!

      Hi,

I think this is the setting you're looking for:

Security --> Member Accounts --> Registration Settings --> receive user registration notification

      Hope this helps...
