9.4 upgrade error 'Could not load file or assembly' 9392 19

In several attempts to upgrade my localhost from 9.3.2 to 9.4 using "DNN_Platform_9.4.0_Upgrade.zip" I get an error when accessing the site after unzipping the files to the server.
Could not load file or assembly &39;Microsoft.Extensions.DependencyInjection.Abstractions&39; or one of its dependencies. The located assembly&39;s manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)
Here is the full error message. Any ideas on the problem...

I&39;m unable to upload files in dnn html text module after upgrading to 9.3. Works from Site Assets. Do I have to install a new text editor, if so which one should I use and how do I go about doing it Thanks for any help.

the portal after updating it from version 9.1.0 to version 9.2.0, where in version 9.1.0
it loads correctly showing the content correctly, after the update it only shows the default screen.
sometimes when installing version 9.2.0 this installation process fails in the newtonsoft

Is there a how-to guide for a developer to modify DNN Admin Modules (like Users, Roles, etc). For example if I wanted to add some additional controls to the Persona bar Users module. The same question goes for upgrading core messaging module. How would I start extending it (to show messages specific to url for example).
Anything to get me in direction on how to quick start developing DNN Admin modules would be great. Do I download the source, build it and replace the files in my websit...

Dear readers,
We are using dnn 7.2.1, when we want to upgrade tot 9.2.2 we upgrade in this order:
7.4.2
8.0.4
9.1.1
9.2.2
We do have to fix some of our extensions but that does not cause our issue. We go from a working 9.1.1 to a broken 9.2.2 with the following error:

Most Stable Version of DNN 9 & Help Me Justify Upgrading 4840 10

Good morning everyone,
Love the new site!
My department is trying to build a justification for (finally!) upgrading from 8.x to 9.x. This is a government agency, so we would need to upgrade to the most stable version, not necessarily the most recent.
And we&39;re using Evoq Content rather than Platform. (Sorry to invade the Platform forums, but there just aren&39;t any other forums for the paid version)
What do you think the most stable version is right now...

Upgrade issue: No Persona Bar Content 4748 13

I upgraded a site from 8.0.4 to 9.3.2.
No errors were logged in InstallerLog20190625.resources.
When I login as superuser, the Persona Bar appears, but there is no content in it.
What should I be looking for
There are other errors related to modules that need upgrading, but should this be an issue When browsing the site, things look "normal.
