I upgrade from version 8 to 9.2 . I had successfully completed the upgrade, however I have noticed that emails were not being sent from the platform. Upon investigation, it has not been possible for the platform to retrieve the SMTP server information.
From Settings>Servers.>Server Settings, we get an error message flashing up, "Error loading SMTP server tab". There is also a red banner accros the top of this page saying "There was an error retrieving your content. Please check your internet connection". This is incorrect as the internet connection is OK.
