Unable view configuration files from Configuration Manager

    Hi,

    I am not able to view Configuration files from Configuration Manager.

    Page Setting > Other Settings > Secure? is checked. It has been grey out, I uncheck and save, it will back to uncheck again.

    It gives the error:-

    This site can't be reached

    The connection was reset.

    Try:

    • Checking the connection
    • Checking the proxy and the firewall
    • Running Windows Network Diagnostics

    ERR_CONNECTION_RESET

    Any help please?

      What version DNN are you running?
      Anything in the browser console?
      Anything in the admin logs?
