New employee in an organization that uses DNN with one developer. What methodologies to use when we are changing to a team of multiple developers? What to use for version control, CI/CD, and how can work be split out? I have never built forms/apps inside a CMS.

DNN core is developed on GiitHub including CI, maybe you would like to have a look at the structure and tools.

Isn't this for building the site from source code? What about the changes after a site is installed? Is there a way to source control that?

No, it is (also) a Content Management System (CMS). All content is stored in a database.

As it is also a framework, you can build your own extensions and add them to your site, eg. skins (themes), modules, providers...

See DNN Docs - What is DNN? for more information.

          Happy DNNing!
