Browser Freezes When Accessing Menu Items

    Some users click a menu item on the Portal and the browser freezes, the cursor switches to a finger point icon and they cannot navigate to anywhere on the page. They need to close the browser to exit the page. I tried it and it happened to me too.

    How can I resolve this?
