    files should be in the portals folder, see PersonaBar on the Left > Settings > Site Settings > Tab Site-Info > Root Folder.
    Did you re-sync files in > Manage > Site Assets by selecting the root folder on the left and selecting "Sync this folder & subfolders" from the toolbar DDL?

      Is this something that our database manager would be able to solve? We had to re-install our website (DNN to 9.6.1 and 3rd party software (easydnnnews.com) to a new server and increased security). I don't think this is something that I can solve as an administrator. Let me know what the DB manager needs to do.

      If you are using the Easy DNN news URL provider, there are some resrious performance issue in that part of Easy DNN news.
      It bogged down some sites completely.

        Thanks for all your input. We hired a small but very good developer through the DNN store (Benvis) to basically fix our problems and install the latest platform (9.6.2). I believe they replaced the config files with clean ones and they replaced some of the resource files. It solved the problem.
