We are just looking into a 500 error for part of a page and on looking at the logs under Manage --> Admin Logs we have lots of blank entries with no error message. Can anyone point us in the direction of resolving this? Thanks.

Just in case it helps you (and others that may read this), here's a video that helps to explain the two event/error log locations.
You appear to be on an older version of DNN, so the Admin Logs feature is actually the Error (Event) Log feature you've posted the screenshot from.

I think it may have been a permissions issue as there were no logs in /portals/_default/logs since the site was upgraded to DNN9. There are now logs in there but this error is no longer happening.
Are you saying that this was a file system permissions issue?
