Moving a database...

A client of mine moved his database to another server (I believe it is Azure), but now the site triggers a upgrade/install cycle, luckily this is unsuccessful since there is no install script.

    Has anyone seen this?

BTW When I try to connect to this database from the sql console (I can do this because both connection strings are in the web.config) all seems fine, I can run select and insert queries, so it seems to me that there is no problem in reaching the database...

Thanks in advance for any pointers ...

Does the database seem to be a "normal" DNN database and with the usual tables and contents? Does the latest entry in the Versions table make sense?

        Thanks Joe, great suggestion

There was a small difference in the version table between the two databases. Not sure how it got there. But more importantly auto upgrade was set to true.
