Like many of us I had been with Power DNN / Managed for many years. These days I am close to retirement so only have about 10 sites left there on shared hosting. Many of my clients would have waited but this attack also took out many of my clients email services. I "might" have been inclined to argue for waiting but Managed have lost control of the narrative by not providing enough information. A couple of my clients have had emails saying all is lost. Good job I learned the lesson of offsite backups years ago Anyway; For those in the EU give Winserve a look. They are DNN specialists too and so far all my experiences as I triage this mess have been very good.
