I have a longstanding user who has had access to our site and its content for about 9 years. Recently, an issue appeared where she could no longer see content on the site when logged in. If she logs out, some of it appears, but she cannot interact with it. This happens on multiple browsers and across multiple machines. Our site is AD integrated and her account is in good standing. I'm somewhat familiar with other CMS systems, but, I'm very new to DNN, so I'm not sure where else to look.
Do you know in roles this user is a member of (in DNN). There are "deny" access setting (per page) for roles which can cause this
What Timo said. The thing is, if you want to take a page offline by unchecking the permission 'View' for all users, the first option is not to uncheck but block. This is a quirky UX and the result is that it is blocked for all users. So also for editors, for instance as they are users too.
You can still get to the page by going to the Persona bar, pages, settings of the page, permissions and remove the block.
Not yet, unfortunately. Still working on trying to figure it out.
