    DNN 9.3.2
    Reports 6.1.0

Has the Reports Module been altered to strip out Javascript? I have had javascript in the reports module many times on other websites. This is my first one on DNN 9.3.2 and I'm sending an onclick through to my reports and that word gets stripped out. Likewise, if I send an anchor with href="javascript:... then the word Javascript gets removed before it hits the screen. Has the module been altered? Is there a way to enable js that I have forgotten to apply? web.config change? Thanks for your help. It is appreciated.

I am not aware of additonal filters added to the reports module, but you may report the issue at https://github.com/DNNCom...y/DNN.Reports/issues

Received a response from Ernst Peter Tamminga,
"The HTML template is indeed stripped from JS using the standard DNN-API routines. This was done by design to minimize security issues. I can imagine that this is a drawback. I will rethink it, to see if we can circumvent this."

          Mark,

I have never uses the Reports Module, but have you tried to add the JS to the module header or footer? Or use Will Strohl's Content Injection Module?

          Happy DNNing!
          Michael

Thanks Michael for your suggestions! I'm sure they are good ones as I've used them before. Sometimes while generating rows of data in the Reports module I included some inline JS for things like a Delete button for each row. It is this inline JS that is being stripped. There are other ways to accomplish those buttons, but this was a change in the Reports module that I wanted to check if it was true or my mistake somehow.
