In the DNN.Events module, there's a setting "Set Enrollment Page Allowed". This would be quite useful to capture other information (dietary requirements etc.), but how do I go about creating an enrollment page?
It would need to have a form with a few fields, possibly specific to the event, then record the event enrollment when submitted. The extra data doesn't have to be saved to the database, just included in the notification email.
Can it be done using a normal DNN page, or do I have to write a specific module? All pointers welcome!
I would use ActionForm (DNNSharp) or Live Forms (Mandeeps) for this. Both allow for pulling data from a table, use it in a form and send the form data to a database or use it in an email.
