Id'l like to know if i can use an "already exist module", use the module "module creator" or coding by myself for the module functionnality i need.

I want to have a c# module for DNN9 who simply put text the user click and at the end send me all the response by email. The structure of the text question must be in an sql database so it's easy to change it

    Example databse

    ID - Name - ParentId
    1 - Test1 - 0
    2 - Test2 - 0
    3 - Test3 - 1
    4 - Test 4 - 1
    5 - Test 5 - 2

With that first the module show Test1 and Test2
then if we click on test1 it show Test3 and Test4 or if we click on Test2 it show Test5

At the end he send by email all the text clicked (Test1 then Test3 etc)

Can i make this in configuring an existing module or by using the module creator or doing by myself?

    thanks for your advice

You should be able to easily do this using either the OpenForm module or the Form and List module.
