    Hi,

    My DNN portal use the localization (en-CA and fr-CA) with two primary site aliases for each language.

    I upgraded from 9.2.2 to 9.9.1 with the suggested upgrade path (9.2.2 -> 9.3.2 -> 9.9.1).

    Since the upgrade, my Persona Bar disappear in “/en” side only. Nevertheless, if I remove the “/en” in the url, I can see the Persona Bar. No problem to the “/fr” side.

    When the Persona Bar not showing, I have this error on the browser console:
    jquery.js?cdv=127:11 GET https://mydomain/en/API/p...ttable?culture=en-CA net::ERR_TOO_MANY_REDIRECTS

    After the upgrade, I clear cache; I also try to the restart application and recycle the application pool in the IIS.

    Thanks!

      did you check your domain aliases in Site Settings - there should be one primary one without a language code and one per language code. Note: you cannot edit the alias, your are currently using.

        Thank you Sebastian!

        With version 9.2.2, my "/en" and "/fr" site aliases was set as primary but not "mydomain". Like you suggested, in this version I also set as primary the alias "mydomain.com" and the problem is not resolve.

        Actually, I have access to the Persona Bar with "mydomain/", "mydomain/fr" but not with "mydomain/en". The language "/en" is "en-CA" and the language of "/fr" is "fr-CA" and no language for the site alias of the domain.

          Sylvain
          sorry, I don't understand. Which Domain aliases do you have for your website?
          There should be a primary one for the domain itself, and a primary one for each language with redirect.
          Are there other aliases as well?
          Did you restart your website after updating the aliases?

            Sorry community, I opened a new incognito window on Chrome and the problem resolved. I also tried it with Firefox and Edge with success. The problem was the browser cache.

            Sebastian, no other aliases and I had restarted the webite before trying on the browser incognito window.
