That's so weird... I can see why it isn't working, but when I go to edit it, there isn't anything to fix. It's the correct URL. 😡

Will, it seems that there is a (Url-encoded) space at the end of the link in the href attribute. When I inspect the Url by hovering over the link, it ends with "%C2%A0" in the status bar.
Happy DNNing! Michael
Agreed, Mchael. I see it too, but I don't see what could be adding that when I look to edit it. There's no additional characters. Weird! 🤔

Will,
I had such weird things sometimes. What helped was deleting the complete tag and entering it manually in the source again. It seems that these are characters that the editor is unable to display. If you look at HTML URL Encoding Reference (w3schools.com) and search the page for %C2%A0 you find a line where nothing is displayed in the first row where the encoded character should be seen. Inspecting the source code for that line shows in the first row...
Hmmm.... I just edited it, changed nothing, and saved my "changes." It works now... 🤷🏽♂️
The same thing happened to me a couple of times already and my workaround it's to delete the URL and place the URL in one line and that's it, no text after or before the link.
