I recently upgraded my sql server version from 2016 to 2017. Now I get 'DNN Error Connection To The Database Failed' on all of my local DNN sites. My server name is the same. I have resynced logins but it does not seem to help.

Has anyone expericened this issuse and wouldn't mind sharing a resoultion?

    Please help! Thank you!

are you using same instance name for your new SQL server - otherwise you'll need to adopt the connection string in the web.config file of your DNN instance. Also make sure, if not using integratedsecurity in your connection string, that you need to setup your SQL Server for mixed authentication,

You may need to enable mixed-mode authentication on the new SQL Server.
