I realize this is the community forum for DNN Platform, but figure I'd ask here as there really isn't anywhere else to do so. Over the past few months I have seen a huge decline in DNN Support for my Evoq clients, most notably I have two open support tickets, one for 22 days and one for 30 days, both with zero responses besides the automated acknowledgment. I have repeatedly asked for updates and escalated both, with still no answer.
Previously we would get an answer within a day or two at most. My only account manager contact there quit a month ago, and I'm wondering if he was the last one out the door..

That's what I've been recommending to all Evoq customers, and we have already completed a few.
Forgot to add as well I did email our new contact asking who we can use to escalate for these concerns on the support side and zero response.
