    I realize this is the community forum for DNN Platform, but figure I'd ask here as there really isn't anywhere else to do so. Over the past few months I have seen a huge decline in DNN Support for my Evoq clients, most notably I have two open support tickets, one for 22 days and one for 30 days, both with zero responses besides the automated acknowledgment. I have repeatedly asked for updates and escalated both, with still no answer.

    Previously we would get an answer within a day or two at most. My only account manager contact there quit a month ago, and I'm wondering if he was the last one out the door..

      I expect a number of Evoq clients switching over to DNN platform in the near future.

        That's what I've been recommending to all Evoq customers, and we have already completed a few. 

        Forgot to add as well I did email our new contact asking who we can use to escalate for these concerns on the support side and zero response.

          I think it is a huge opportunity for larger corporations. At first there were 2 reasons choosing Evoq: awesome features and the best support available. Nowadays the features are still beyond compare but all coming from open source or commercial vendors. So, the only gap is to fill the demand for 'Managed open source'.
