Updating a users profile pic does not appear in the MemberDirectory, but does appear in their actual profile. I have already cleared cache, restarted web app, restarted server, and uploaded the image multiple times.

Here is an example of the image url in the MemberDirectory module:
    ...profilepic.ashx?userId=3348&h=90&w=90&cdv=637696767747540661

In their profile the image url is like this:
    .../Portals/01/Users/020/48/3348/User%20Name.jpg?ver=2021-10-06-135911-557

    This is DNN 7.4.2.

Hopefully someone can help me get this working so that the new pic will show up in the MemberDirectory module.

    Thanks!

Have a look at this post: Could DnnImageHandler.ashx be missing - DNN Open Source Community (dnncommunity.org) - I hope it helps.

On the other hand: you should upgrade to the latest DNN version, 7.x is quite old and has security issues.

      Happy DNNing!
