upgraded to dnn 9.9.1 and got multiple edit icons

    I've just upgraded to dnn 9.9.1 from 9.6 and now I've got 4 edit icons at the bottom of the page for every icon.

    So that's 4 icons for add module, existing module, settings and close button (16 button icons in total)

    duplicate icons version 9.9.1

    so far, everything seems to work ok in this version, so not too worried, but has anyone seen this before?

      this seems to have sorted itself out. Not done anything, but icons are now displaying as normal.

        sometimes, DNN upgrades require to clear local browser cache and cookies.
