New Around Here

Hello, I'm seeing an error when I upgrade DNN 9.1.1 to 9.2.0.

Basically what I'm seeing is that a 2nd Connectors is being added inside the "settings" section.

Here's a screen shot of what I'm seeing.

I'm also seeing an empty drop down link inside "installed extensions"

When I click on that empty dropdown link it shows Connector items ..i.e EVOQ UNC Connector, EVOQ Google Analytics Connector etc

Does anybody know why I'm seeing these issues? Thanks.

This appears to be a situation where you might have taken an Evoq Installation (Commercial Edition) and upgraded it with a version of DNN Platform (Open Source Edition).

I would strongly suggest rolling back to the prior upgrade as this most likely resulted in many instabilities.

        What Mitch said...

This is an easy thing to do.  When you're on Evoq or the free open-source DNN Platform edition of DNN, this can be an easy mistake if you're not paying attention.  Also, the version numbers of the respective edition may not match up.  So be sure to cross-reference DNN Corp's documentation on the versions below.

If you continue to have issues with your Evoq website, you should contact DNN Corp's support team

If you ever migrate to the open-source DNN Platform, you're in the correct place for support.  :)
