Unable to deploy modules in child portals.

We recently upgraded to DNN 9.3.2 from 8.0.4

We support multiple child sub portals.

After creating a new child subportal we attempted to add an html module to the home page with the Xcillion skin.

The module shows in the page advance settings but does not render on the page. When deploying the module to a page, an outline appears then runs off the page to top left.

The above behavior occurs with all modules attempting to deploy to a page.

We checked the permissions on the extensions for the child portal. The admin role has permissions to deploy.

No error messages are in the Admin log.

    Please advise.

Can you "inspect" the page and verify that the module is actually injected into the page?

        Thanks for the reply Joe!

Inspection reveals that the modules are not on the page.

        Got the next step?

does the module show up, while being in page edit mode (pencil in bottom left corner)?

            Thanks for the reply, Sebastian.

            No, to your question.

The page appears to have no modules deployed regardless of which one is tried.

Sorry for my late reply. I did not receive an email notification even though I requested such.

Do these errors shed any light on the issue?

Do you see the DotNetNuke.Modules.Feedback.dll file in the website /Bin folder?  Are you able to add other modules successfully to the page?
