    Does anyone know of a module that will allow a rest call to upload a csv file along with credentials(username and password).

    I am planning on running my own scheduler job to check a certain folder and update database from uploaded csv file.

    Or does anyone have code that will do this?

      automated file upload might affect security of your DNN websites.
      Make sure to use a proper workflow to ensure, trusted files can be uploaded only by verified users.
      DNN Form&List module contains an option to import data from CSV, if you need to create a custom module, this might be helpful as reference.
