Select "About Us" on the left and heck the permission grid, whether there is a row with a "deny" mode and remove it.
You may right click the page node in the tree on the left and choose "display page".

"About Us" is not on the left. That is the problem. Back in May I was trying to remove the DNN menu on the top of that website facing page and noticed that this page under Admin had "Registered Users" with View & Edit permissions checked. I removed the checkmarks from Registered Users permissions and that page disaapeared from my visibility. I am an Admin so not sure why I can't find this page to change back the permissions.

It sounds like you may have accidentally deleted the About Page, maybe? Try looking for it and restoring it using the Admin > Recycle Bin feature.
On a side note, you really need to upgrade your DNN website as soon as possible. Like with any software, if you don't keep it updated, you'll not only miss out on the new features, but you're also highly susceptible to being hacked. :(
