After upgrading to 9.3.2 from 9.1 on Azure - I now get this error message. It looks to be a missing file - what is this so I know for the future and any suggestions of how to fix?

That's part of a previous skin / theme package, but when you upgrade it should still exist. Ar you really using the Gravity theme? If not, you could reset the container of the page (or one of the modules) to one from the package you use.
Using the upgrade pack again solved the problem.
