Hi,
We're a software provider that has built a few DNN sites over the years for our clients. We just heard about the ability to convert a site to a native mobile app via BiznessApps. We are looking to do just that for one of our clients.
Has anyone done this before? I'm curious if it can be extended to include custom code to handle custom requirements?
Thanks in advance.
@ShawnP we always build mobile apps (our preference is Ionic/Capacitor, but we've used others like Xamarin) purpose-built with DNN serving as the backend. That way we can pick and chose exactly what we want to surface within the mobile app and how we want the user experience to be. We have also built Progressive Web Apps (PWAs) with DNN serving as a backend. These are great too and for us, we use the exact same code base for iOS, Android and Web. You may want to check out the upcoming May 2022 Southern Fried DNN meetup. Benny Su will be presenting on this subject. See https://www.meetup.com/So...N/events/283032638/. Hope this helps!
