New Around Here

    Hello,

We have an old website hosted by DNN. I'm attempting to download all files in File Management. However, the only way to download files to my computer is one file at a time. Once I click more than 1 file or select a folder, the download button disappears. Is there any way to download multiple files at once? I've come across a folder with over 1,800 files in it. DNN Platform version is 8.0.4. Any help is greatly appreciated!

If this is a hosted installation of DNN, your host may provide a way to do this. Check with them. Likely options are with Plesk, if that is what is being used, or FTP.

Also, you may be able to use available tools to back up your entire installation and download as a single zip file.

Finally, and this is IMPORTANT, you're installation of DNN is woefully out of date and very insecure. You need to update to the latest version of DNN and remove Telerik components to fix those issues.
