    Did you have to perform any specific steps that we didn't outline here?  Any information could be helpful to others that may also run into this in the future.  Thanks in advance!

      just run the install again from my laptop browser instead of server browser and it went through.

        Could the server browser have been IE 11 by any chance?

            Oh ok, was just wondering cause there has been some issue on IE 11 in some versions.
