Adding new tab/page display only in Admin login but not to All users

    I have dnn9.2.2 installed and i'm trying to add a tab/page using sql insert queries on tables Tabs and TabPermissions with Permission settings to allow access to all users. Unfortunately it doesn't work. However adding the same through logging into website as Admin works great and can see the tab in all users mode as well. Could some one please help me on this.

      Why can't you add the page using the provided UI. The, go to page settings and set permission to make the page visible to Admins?

        Did you restart DNN after running the SQL? You have to as most of this is cached..
