New Around Here

    Hello. I am a new face here.

    I don't know where to post this question, so I'll write it here.

    Our school uses DNN. We are going to use the code under this message, to show the background image. The image is properly displayed on IE. However, on Chrome, this code doesn't work. Using the Developer tool, we saw the path quoted by the url function "double single-quoted", like "url(''/relativepath/filename.jpg'')", which is not the case on IE.

    What is the solution to show the background image? Please help us.

      Hi Majiponi

      Great to have you on board!

      I think your code is not being picked up by the forum, so I'm just sharing my piece of code that works in Chrome as well.
      When I use a background image, I use css.

      body  {
        background-image: url("paper.gif");
        background-color: #cccccc;
      }

      Does this help?
