    I've been stuck at 67% : 56:49 Minutes   |   67% Installing PersonaBar - Evoq.PersonaBar.Templates_02.00.00_Install.zip 

    Does anyone know how I can get this to install?

      Carolyn,

      it seems you are running Evoq - have you tried to contact the support? I mean: you are paying for it...

        Our support goes through another team so it's something I try and avoid. The last time I called support they called the other team and then emails went through the other team, it was a hassle. It's not DNN, it's the way we set this up.
        It does look like I'm going to have to go that route...

          If you kill the upgrade and look in portals/_default/logs, you will find an install.resources or similar file. Edit it and you might see some debug information that might help.
