Using new install of DNN 9.3 and purchased third party modules from the DNN store.- Iframe 2.2 by OnyakTech and PsSlideShow by Pure Systems.
Downloaded the the zip files on my computer and downloaded them to my website using settings>extensions>install extensions.
Download log showed not errors. release notes state DNN 9.2 conpatible. they are then shown in the extension window as installed extensions.
Then when I am in edit mode on a page that I want to add the module I click on the add module box the add module window opens and they do not appear in the list of available modules. (Only show 10 modules when I have 21 Installed.)
I am new to DNN and not a coder, what am I doing wrong?
Thank you for your assistance
Rob
You're probably doing nothing wrong at all... Sometimes modules have minor issues that need to be addressed. :)
First, I'd suggest upgrading to the latest release of DNN 9.3.xx as soon as you can. I haven't reviewed the release notes lately to confirm if it might be contributing to the issue you're experiencing, but 9.3.0 should be moved away from as soon as you can. I recall there being at least one show-stopping issue in that release.

Next, when you're trying to add the module to the page, are you doing it as a superuser or an administrator/authorized user? It also may matter if there is more than one website on this instance of DNN.
If it's the latter, then you'll need to "edit" the module in the Extensions view where you installed it. While there, you'll be able to assign Deploy permissions to the website/security roles.
I am currently on DNN 9.3.2 (24) and logged in as host when attempting to load module.
I only have the one website.
Posted By Rob Greinke on 24 Jun 2019 09:01 PM I have finally figured out why the modules that I added to installed modules do not display in the add module window it is because the add module only displays ten modules. Only the first ten modules in the installed module list show in the add module window. If I add a module like digflash the last module which showed before drops off. If I delete the digflash module the last module will reappear. So for some reason the add module window will only display ten extensions. Now I know what the problem is but have no idea how to fix it. What controls the add module window?
Oh... It sounds like you might be experiencing default/built-in behavior. Have you tried scrolling down in the add module window/pop-up? What should happen when you do, is that another batch of modules will automatically load below the first ones.
You can also use the search dialog to just load what you want, if you know what it's named. On some websites (e.g., a low-resource staging server or a website with a lot of extensions installed), it could take longer than desired for the additional modules to load.
For modules that you plan to use often, you can bookmark them. You should see a bookmark icon over it when you hover the mouse over it. If you do tbookmark the module, it will load as one of the first ones from that point forward.
Interesting... When I try on a clean instance, it seems to work as expected. :(

Do you know if the website reports any errors in the web developer tools console? Perhaps there's a conflict with modules on the page or the theme that is causing this?
