DNN 9.3 Modules Missing in add module

    It definitely could, but that's only a guess right now. If you can, inspecting the console for errors using the web developer tools in your web browser will help to determine that. It could also just be slow on your website.

      Looked in the web browser developer tools did not see any that stood out but then again I am not a coder and really don't know I should be looking for. At this point I give up. Will contact the skin developer, see if they can help.

        I see this often with some themes and modules where some JavaScript captures the scroll event and prevents it from bubbling up to other scripts. Can you try to create a blank page, assign the default theme Excillion and try to reproduce the issue again.

          I created a blank page, assign the default theme Excillion and the add module pop up screen then was correct and listed all of the modules.
          Then do I need to direct this issue back to the theme seller "JUSTDNN"?

            Yeah, maybe. This sounds like it could be a more advanced compatibility issue.  If that doesn't work out, our team might be able to help.
