    Hello,

    I have a customer with a DNN 9.1.1 site with this exact behavior.  What did you do to eventually fix this?

    "Current site does not support this locale (en-US)."

      I did find the issue, the row that references the default language for that portal this was missing in the PortalLanguages table.  I added the values there and all is working fine now.
