    Hi everybody,

I am trying to upgrade from 7.3.3 to 9.7.2, and in order to achieve that i have started with the first step: upgrading to 7.4.2. After the installation ended, the only error apeared in the final install report was this: "Installing Package File Telerik_07.03.04_Install: Error!"

    What should I do next?

    Thank you,

I would take a look at the log4net files, particularly the install file, to see if there are more details about the failure.

        Thank you for the answer.

Unfortunetaly, there is no file in /logs folder. There are two folders (Web and WS) empty.

          /Portals/_default/Logs ?

There should be files named yyyy.mm.dd.log.resources and InstallerLogyyyymmdd.resources, and a directory named LogConfig.

Nothing usefull is there. I've found 2 files: 2020.10.29.log.resources and InstallerLog20201029.resources but has no error inside.

              OK, that's odd.

Did the upgrade run to completion? What happened if you browsed to the site?

So, what I would do is:
              1. Revert to the 7.3.3 version.
              2. Copy the Upgrade package after verifying that the package has been unblocked.
              3. Start the upgrade.

                I've already do this:

                1. Revert to the 7.3.3 version.
                2. Copy the Upgrade package after verifying that the package has been unblocked.
                3. Start the upgrade.

Yes, the upgrade process has rich the end.

The site seems to work but i still have some problems on some pages, and when i look into log i am finding many of :

Do those pages have a specific module placed on them?
