We hope that you enjoyed as much as we did, the 2023 DNN Connect Conference in Champery last May. The organising team : Peter D., Viçenc M., Declan W., Timo B., Stefan K., David P. and myself Cathy L. did everything in its power to make it as smooth and enjoyable as possible for you!

It was great to see you all, to meet newcomers, to learn about new approaches or find out about little gems, to simply spend time together, exchanging on work and life!

A lot of you have already provided us with some feedback during the conference or just after, and all of it will be taken into account to make sure that we're even better prepared for next time! Talking about next time...

The 2024 conference : book it in your diary NOW !

We are pleased to be able to already announce the dates and venue of our DNN Connect 2024 conference : it will be held from 23rd to 26th May 2024 in Champery again.
We just can't get enough of the professionnal and warm welcome that we get at the Hotel Suisse, particularly adapted to cater for us in terms of accommodation, food and drinks, session rooms, localisation... You will obviously receive all the details in due time to secure your place.

The DNN-Connect Brown Paper Session

A different type of get together / collective intelligence / brainstorming session was offered at the end of day 1 entitled "What would make DNN better?"

This was seen as a good initiative from a lot of you and as we all agreed, it must be followed up : Stefan has summarised for us the exercise and written a Blog about it here. Read there all the details about the topics voted by the participants, along with the leads and links to the Forum topics created for the occasion : let's start working!

Feeling already motivated to offer a session next year? Start thinking about its subject/content : we will be calling for speakers in the early months of 2024!

Photos and films

Many of you took beautiful photos of the event, sessions, break times, dinners, etc. and the majority have already shared them with the rest of us here. If you haven't yet, it's not too late! A wrap up video is currently being created by David and will be shared with you very soon!

General Assembly

As a reminder following Declan's e-mail earlier this week, the minutes for the 2023 General Assembly which took place at the end of the conference are available here.

We're taking this opportunity to thank again for their work making sure the association is run correctly our auditors Martijn Verbeek, and Peter Schotman who's joining him for 2023-24.
