So i followed all of the instructions and opened the solution in visual studio and started the website.  I filled out the entire form and it gets all the way through to creating the website and then gives me an error, "Unable to find stored procedure dbo.AuthCookies_Update.  I have tried this several times and the same error each time.  What am I missing?
