How do I export my content? Started By stevedore Hi, My running club has a website that is on DNN, offered to us through Athletics NZ. But unfortunately, the platform will no longer be supported soon. So we need to move our website elsewhere. I am trying to work out how to export the contents of our site but can't figure it out. Change editor to Telerik RadEditor in DNN 09.03.02 (24) Started By Sun1 Is it possible to switch rich text editor to RadEditor from default CKEditor in latest DNN version 09.03.02 (24) In older versions there was a RadEditorManager under Providers list, but now this provider is not there. User Authentication Issue Started By Scott Miller I have a longstanding user who has had access to our site and its content for about 9 years. Recently, an issue appeared where she could no longer see content on the site when logged in. If she logs out, some of it appears, but she cannot interact with it. This happens on multiple browsers and across multiple machines. Our site is AD integrated and her account is in good standing. Backup and restore from Prod to test? Started By sjctech Hi, I have tried to do a upgrade on a site from dnn 8 to dnn 9 by following a video. I did not realize (since the video did notexplain) that I needed a SQL backup. When I ran the update and finished, I ran into a lot of erros. Basically the site was broken. The backup I originally did, was the file backup of the site on the server, (copy and paste) so I then recopied all the items back over to the orginal location. Implementing new Header and Footer Started By JasonMoss Hey DNN community. I've never worked with DNN before so forgive me. My new client's website is built on DNN and it needs a facelift. I hired a guy on Upwork to mockup a new homepage including a new header and footer. He came back with a nice design and the the Upwork guy is saying he needs Cpanel access to implement these changes.
