    My company has been using catalook for a number of years.  Our system is crashing every time we enter or edit a product in Catalook.  Also, I am not sure that google is finding us properly as a result.  I am being told by my developer that there is a URL problem.

    My developer and I have tried multiple times to contact DNN, where is absolutely no information on their site re contact name, ticketing, email, location, phone etc.  Our only contact is by email to [email protected], we have written multiple times, occassionally we receive a response.  We received a file from support and tried what was recommended, however the problem remains.  We have reached out again, but get no response.  This is really frustrating, the customer service is terrible.

    The admin log on our site is full of General Exceptions.  Does anyone have any suggestions that can help me, or any contact info for DNN other than [email protected]?  Please email me at [email protected].

      Welcome to the forums!  Though, I wish it were under more pleasant circumstances.  ☚ī¸ 

      It seems like you have the correct contact details for the folks at Catalook.  The few times I had to contact them in the past, I also used those methods.  It may mean that this specific vendor is having issues or is just really busy.  

      If they don't respond, your only next step may be to replace Catalook with another option in the DNN ecosystem.  There are many, including Hotcakes Commerce.  However, moving from any e-commerce solution to another is not for the faint of heart. It can be complicated and time-consuming, so fair warning.  

      I hope they're just slow to respond right now.  Our last client on Catalook finally moved off of it about 2 years ago.  

      On and one more thing...  FYI, the term "DNN" really only refers to the open-source software platform known as DNN or DNN CMS (formerly also DotNetNuke).  The vendor you're trying to reach is DNN Soft.  😉
