"?cdv=", what is it for and how can I modify it?

You should be able to use Ctrl+F5 to clear your browser's cache of the missing jQuery file

Hi brian,
Thanks for the kind assistance.
I did try that. But navigating to the jquery endpoint itself (cdv=200) the site says "The resource is not available"
But when I try to navigate via changing the cdv count (cdv=201), suddenly the jquery appears.

Is there a way for me to make the site point to that cdv number?

Additional info: our site is hosted on a load balanced pair..
