Configuration Error

Description: An error occurred during the processing of a configuration file required to service this request. Please review the specific error details below and modify your configuration file appropriately.

Parser Error Message: Could not load file or assembly 'netstandard, Version=2.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=cc7b13ffcd2ddd51' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Which DNN version are you running?
Which extensions did you install?

9.4.0        DNN_Platform_9.4.0_Install

Haven't installed any extensions other than the install files above

did you make sure, minimum required .NET Framework 4.7.2 is installed?

Hi Sebastian - 

I was also getting this error when attempting to upgrade a DNN site from 9.2.2 to 9.4.0 and your suggestion to ensure that the minimum version of the .NET App Framework of 4.7.2 was installed (I actually went ahead and installed 4.8) fixed the problem.

For Future reference:
I had the same issue on a server and all I did was restart it (as it already have .net 4.7.2 installed) to get rid of the error.

These Forums are for the discussion of the open source CMS DNN platform and ecosystem.
