Failed assigning "registered Users" role

For the first login users, there is a mismatch in assigning portalid to the userid. Am in DNN version 7.4.1. Please help us in fixing this issue.

Because of this, it is failed to assign "Registered users" roles to the current user after first login.

It is hard to tell what goes on here. Some checks:
- it might be an old bug (you're on a very, very old version): is it possible to upgrade?
- Are you using 3rd party modules? If so, which?
- Does this bug happen 'all of the sudden' or did you change anything prior to that?

I think I'd also have a look at the Portals and PortalAliases tables and look for a duplicated PortalID.
