Hello DNN Community, 

I'm happy to be here, I'm playing with DNN Platform following the steps in this documentation: https://www.dnnsoftware.c...rs/setup/index.html, I was able to complete steps 1 to 3, but I am stuck on the step 4 which is https://www.dnnsoftware.c...allation-wizard.html and selecting version: DNN_Platform_10.0.0_Install.zip, when building my solution, I get errors indicating that I'm getting too many errors. What is the right way to make thi work?

Hi Sunny,

Welcome to the DNN Community!

The first link you shared it's not working for me.

By any chance can you share the error details you're getting?

Also, I recommend you to repeat the steps but as soon as you download the ZIP file from Github make sure you go to the ZIP file properties and "unblock" the file before unzipping and doing anything else.

Make sure you join the discord group about DNN in order to get more channels from where you can go ahead and make questions (you can click on this link or go to the home page from this website and you'll find the same link).

When this kind of thing happens to me, I usually would find myself starting over.  I would also suggest starting from the very beginning. 

To me, this sounds like one of two things... Either (1) permissions aren't properly assigned; and/or (2) the zip file wasn't unblocked before you attempted to use it.  

How to unblock downloaded files

I believe that if you do those two things, you'll probably end up in a far better place.  If not, please post again, or reach out to me directly.  🤙🏽🤙🏽
