Persona Bar missing after a Theme was installed

I'm using DNN 9.6.1 and am very new to it and after installing a theme the Persona Bar seems to be missing. I've tried a lot of things but nothing worked. Please help!

It seems that the theme is not compatible with DNN 9, or there are some conflicts in the Javascript libraries or something alike. You should ask the vendor of the theme for an updated version.

I removed the Theme from the Skins folder. But still stuck with no Persona Bar. Are there additional steps I need to do?

Another possibility is something with the Newtosoft.Json library or it's configuration afair. See here for more information.

Is it a clean install or an upgraded?
If it is an upgrade, you might have something similar like Clint on https://dnncommunity.org/...-Persona-Bar-DLL-Fun
