Have you checked the ASP.net version? Which one it's in?

I also noticed a problem with the SSL certificate, maybe you want to resolve the problem without having SSL in the formula just yet?

The error message it's "not found", that means that wherever folder it's looking it's not finding what it supposed to, maybe you want to check on the default root folder and make sure it's correct.

GoDaddy is notoriously horrible at hosting dynamic applications, and DNN is no exception, unfortunately.  🙁 

It sounds like you're most likely on one of their cheaper (shared) hosting plans, but I've seen this happen even on their VMs.  They're very good at unintentionally blocking very critical features that we take for-granted in typical hosting environments. 

If you're on your own VM, you may be in luck and might just need to install (or re-install) all of the requisites and then review your installation steps.  The first two videos in the YouTube playlist below will walk you through this at a high level.

You're most likely best off only hosting your domain name there.  I'd also suggest avoiding any other budget hosting provider.  You literally get what you pay for.  You don't need to seek out the most expensive one either.  Anything that's midgrade is likely great.  And we even have trusted hosting providers regularly mentioned here.  They traditionally include: 

• Applied Innovations (not the cheapest) 
• Managed
• DNN4Less << regularly sponsors DNN events

Though, the best thing most of us might consider these days is just hosting things in an Azure web app environment.  It's easy to setup, maintain, and offers you far more features than many commercial hosting providers do in their control panels. 

It's really up to you, as long as you don't use GoDaddy. 😉 

I'm afraid that if you manage to get past this issue, you'll only find a new one, and going through their support will just eventually lead you to them telling you what you're trying to do is not supported due to some internal decision.  Even most other shared hosting providers don't suck that this as bad.
