Resource Manager - "limit" access

Hi,

when I select a folder in the portal's file structure as "root" in the settings, it is still possible for a user to access all the file structure of the portal where he has access to. I need a way that this is really the "root" in the view (might be another module), so he can access the folder (and any subfolders) defined in the module settings. This was possible in the old Digital Assets Manager (which I want to avoid because of Telerik).

The user should be able to add, rename and delete files, and any standard folder type (normal, secure, database) should be displayed in the correct way.

Any ideas (except Evotiva User Files)? Any free tool for this?
