Is there a way to subscribe to all forums?

Right now, every forum has an option to subscribe but I think it would generate a lot more interaction of you can subscribe to all forums.

There's a lot of forums. Maybe it's better if each one of us suscribes just to the forums one really want/can participate in, depending on his/her knowledge, skills, spare time, etc.

Yeah, it's not often in many communities that someone would want to subscribe to all forums. Usually, that would only be community managers. The average person wouldn't do that. I wanted the same thing, so maybe our community is different. I'd suggest commenting on the following issue on the AF GitHub repo.

I don't necessarily want to receive notifications for each post, but I would like to see an aggregated view which shows all topics in all forums, sorted by LastPostDate desc, that way I don't have to check each forum individually and I'd see what activity there's been. Additionally, the concept of 'Favourite' forums that could feed this view would be useful (for me, at least).

I'm also unable to find a way to subscribe to anything.  Is that feature maybe turned off for non-admins?

Great! Al last we have the checkbox to subscribe to forum ;-)

These Forums are for the discussion of the open source CMS DNN platform and ecosystem.

For the benefit of the community and to protect the integrity of the ecosystem, please observe the following posting guidelines:

  1. If you have (suspected) security issues, please DO NOT post them in the forums but instead follow the official DNN security policy. 
  2. No Advertising. This includes the promotion of commercial and non-commercial products or services which are not directly related to DNN.
  3. No vendor trolling / poaching. If someone posts about a vendor issue, allow the vendor or other customers to respond. Any post that looks like trolling / poaching will be removed.
  4. Discussion or promotion of DNN Platform product releases under a different brand name are strictly prohibited.

  6. No Profanity, Racism, or Prejudice.
  7. Site Moderators have the final word on approving / removing a thread or post or comment.
