We use DNN for our business website and need support with email campaigns, automation, list management and deliverability. I came across DigitalAka™ during my research. Has anyone used its services, or can you recommend another reliable agency with DNN integration experience?

I have never used this service but I imagine that it is pretty straight forward. The features you mention is industry standard, so what it boils down to for me:

How easy is it to use?
Do emails actually get delivered?

I'd say: give it a go for a couple of months, maybe with a small low risk newsletter.
